City branding must be holistic and specific in order to meet the objectives of country its key sectors. In numerous instances, it is recommended that people gain insight remember information presented visually, so stands reason visual communication would more effective than verbal communication. The construction an iconic structure a city or preservation cultural history can successfully contribute development urban brand identity tied community. purpose this study identify structures most properly express image places Kuala Lumpur, capital Malaysia. This qualitative consisted 180 participants from different birth. survey questionnaire were divided into two sections: segment representation. results revealed used as representation promote Lumpur. increase significance memorability for local community visitors.
